2 Lbs. Ground Beef
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley
6 Tbsp. Butter
1/2 Tsp. Curry
2 Onions
1/2 - 1 Lb. Fresh Mushroom Sliced
1 Tsp. Paprika
4 Tbsp. Flour
2 Cups Consomme Soup
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Beef, Milk, Bread Crumbs, Garlic, Pepper, Parsley and Curry and form into 1" balls, pressing well together. Brown on all sides in melted butter in large frying pan. Remove balls from pan. Saute chopped onion and sliced mushroom in same pan. Sprinkle with paprika and Worcestershire Sauce while sautéing. Remove from pan with slotted spoon place over meat balls. Pour Consomme into pan and heat to bubbling. Add flour to thicken. Cool and stir in sour cream. Pour over meatballs and reheat to serve.

(Substitute 1 can Consomme with 1 cup boiling water & 1 Oxo Beef Cube if desired)

Freeze meatballs & sauce separately then heat together to serve.
