2 pounds ground beef or ground chicken
2 cups chopped green onions
1 can (15 oz) pinto beans
1 can (15 oz) light kidney beans
1 can (15 oz) black beans
1 can (15 oz) Mexican corn
3 cans (14 oz) diced tomatoes
2 cans (4 oz) green chilies
1 can (5 oz) black olives, sliced
2 packages Taco seasoning mix
1 package ranch salad dressing mix
2 boxes (32 oz) chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in large skillet, drain excess fat. Transfer to large stock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30-60 minutes on low heat.
