1 - 10 oz. package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 - 8 ½ oz. package of cornbread mix
3 eggs, beaten
1 small onion chopped
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
½ cup butter melted
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. ground red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Press broccoli between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Combine cornbread mix, eggs, chopped onion, cheese, butter, and seasonings; stir well. Stir in broccoli (batter will be thick). Pour mixture into a greased 8 in. square pan or iron skillet. Bake at 375º F for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden.
