3 lbs fresh shrimp, unpeeled
8 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons garlic, chopped
4 tablespoons black pepper, freshly ground

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and drain shrimp, and place in a shallow baking pan. In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the garlic, and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes. Pour butter mixture over shrimp and toss to coat. Pepper shrimp until shrimp are well covered. Bake until pink, approximately 5 minutes, turn, bake a few minutes longer, (about 10 minutes) and pepper again. You must use a heavy hand with the pepper.

Recipe calls for unpeeled shrimp but I like to peel mine
Serve shrimp with warm bread, baked potato and salad. I dedicate this recipe to my daughter Tammy Lawson and husband Dale and to my granddaughter Ashley English and her friend Ashley Danner. They love this shrimp.
