1 Lb Hamburger
3-4 stalks Celery
1 small Onion
1 Can Cream of Chicken
1 Can Chicken Rice Soup
3/4 Cup Raw Brown Rice
1 can Water
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 can Bamboo Shoots (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Brown hamburger, celery and onion. Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl and then combine with the hamburger. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes in a covered casserole. Uncover and sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
