2 1/2 pounds chicken
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/3 cup honey
2 Tbsp orange marmalade
4 cloves garlic (chopped, pressed or crushed)
1 tsp freshly grated orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into "leg size" pieces.
Preheat oven to 400 F. Combine mustard, honey, and marmalade in small bowl. Stir in garlic and orange peel.
Line baking sheet with foil. Place chicken on foil. Brush both sides with sauce, coat well.
Bake until juices run clear when thickest portion of meat is pierced with knife; about 30 minutes.
