Brown Sugar
Marshmellows

Directions:
Directions:
Wash sweet potatoes and boil with skins on in water until just tender. Cool with cold water and remove skin. In a casserole dish grease it with butter or Crisco. Slice the sweet potatoes about 1/2 inch thick. Place a layer of the slices into the casserole dish. Top each potato slice with a dab of butter and then sprinkle brown sugar over the layer. Do this for each additional layer of sweet potatoes. Then bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350º. For the last 5 minutes add marshmellows on top. Bake till melted.
