3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cupi oil
3 tsp vanilla

3 cups flour
1tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 c nuts
2 cups grated zucchini

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla.
Sift flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. Add to egg mixture best well. Fold in zucchini & nuts. Pour in 2 loaf pans. Bake at 325 for 1 hour
