1 lb. fresh crab meat
3 slices white bread (crust removed or pkg. breadcrumbs)
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Djon or honey mustard
1 tsp. Worcestshire sauce
1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 tbsp. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Chop up breadcrumbs until very fine,(food processor works well)
In large bowl mix egg, mustard, mayonnaise, worchestshire, parsley and Old Bay
Add breadcrumbs and crab meat by hand to avoid breaking up the meat too much.
Shape into 24 balls and fry in batches in hot oil until golden brown, drain
Serve with favorite sauce.
