2T Olive Oil
1 Medium Onion - chopped
1 Carrot - diced
1 Head of Garlic - smashed and chopped
2 20oz Bottles - Italian Tomatoes - strained
1/2C Red Wine
1 Tomato Paste - 60z tin
1/2C Basil - fresh chopped
1/2C Oregano - fresh, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste

Pasta of your choice -

1. Heat Olive Oil over medium high heat in a saucepan.
2. Add the onions and carrots and heat through
3. Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste and heat - until onions are soft - 3-5 minute
4. Add strained tomatoes, red wine, tomato paste, basil and oregano
5. Heat and simmer on low heat for 1/2 hour to 2 hours

6. Heat water in a large pot, add salt and cook pasta of your choice until soft to the bite.
