1 Can of Refried Beans
1 Can of Black Beans
1 Can of Olives - Sliced or Diced
2 Roma or Beefsteak tomatoes - Diced
2 c. Cheddar Cheese - Shredded
1 Box of Rice a Roni Mexican Rice cooked per instructions, cooled

Sour Cream - On the side
Guacamole - On the Side

Directions:

Make Rice Per the box instructions

Layer the bottom of a cake pan with parchment paper (Cover base and sides)

Layer:
Refried Beans
Black Beans
Cooled - Mexican Rice Made per instructions

Sprinkle cheese over top

Spray piece of foil with olive oil and place on top of pan tightly

Bake for 30 Minutes at 350 degrees until warm and cheese bubbly

Top with Olives, Tomatoes, Sour Cream, and Guacamole
