4 c Potatoes, peeled, cooked and sliced
2 c Ham, cooked and cubed
1/2 c Onions, diced
2 c Milk
3 tbsp Flour
2 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Make two layers each of potato slices, ham, and onions in a shallow 8 c baking dish. Combine milk, flour, butter, salt and pepper in a small saucepan. Cook over medium - medium high heat stirring constantly until sauce thickens and boils for 1 minute. Pour sauce over layers. Bake @ 350º for 40 minutes or until bubbly hot.
