3- 8 oz packages of cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
lemon essential oil to taste

T butter
T sugar
lemon essential oil
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and sugar together until blended. Add sour cream and mix well. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating on low speed after each addition just until blended. Add flavoring and beat again. Pour over unbaked crust. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes.
