2 c Apples, unpeeled and chopped
1 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 c Cooking Oil
1 Egg, beaten
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 c Nuts, chopped
1/2 c Coconut, flaked
Directions:
Directions:
Mix chopped apples and sugar. Let stand for a few minutes until a juice forms. Mix flour and salt together. Add to apples. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into a greased, floured 8" square baking pan. Bake @ 325º for 40-45 mins.
