12 Graham Crackers, rolled
6 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp Knox Gelatin
2 Egg
3/4 c Milk
1/2 c Sugar
1 c cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into 9" pie pan to make crust.
Soak gelatin for 5 mins in 1/4 c water.
Mix 2 egg yolks, milk, and sugar over medium heat until it begins to thicken. Remove from heat and add gelatin mixture. Stir together.
Beat 2 egg whites until stiff. Whip cream until peaks.
Add egg whites and whip cream to gelatin mixture as it begins to gel. Fill pie crust and refrigerate.
