4 cups spelt flour
1 1/2 -2 cups all purpose flour
1 T. dough enhancer
3/4 cup warm water
4 tsp yeast
4 T white sugar
1 T. salt
6 T. soft butter
1 cup stirred down sourdough

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the yeast, sugar, and water in Bosch. Whisk and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Add the flour and mix 3 minutes. Add the salt and mix 5 min. Add the butter and mix 1 min. Dough should be soft. Put in greased bowl and let rise until doubled. Divide into 12 nice sub rolls. Let rise. Bake at 375º for 12-15 min.
