1 lb burger
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 T. brown sugar
2 tsp. worchestershire sauce
1 tsp mustard

3/4 cup cornmeal
3/4 cup flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt (scant)
2 T. brown sugar
2 small eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Fry burger with the onion. Add all other ingredients and simmer while you mix up the cornbread. Pour into 8x8 pan

Mix cornbread ingredients. Pour on top of meat mixture. Put cheese in the middle. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
