2 cups spelt flour
4 tsp baking powder
2 T. white sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
2 cup stirred down sourdough starter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar together. Stir well. Gently crumble the butter into the dry mixture, creating fine crumbs. Mix in the starter carefully until well mixed. Pat out on floured counter top about 1" thick. Cut biscuits and put on pan. Bake at 400º for 15-18 min
