3 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup non-fat dry milk powder
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together.
Store in a air-tight container
Use lowfat or skim milk to moisten
Use in place of biscuit/bisquick mix.
