3/4 c Crisco shortening
1 c Brown Sugar, packed
1 egg
1/4 c Molasses
2 c Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Crisco, sugar, and egg in mixing bowl, beat until fluffy. Add molasses and beat well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Chill dough thoroughly, shape into 1" balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place 2" apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake @ 350º for 12-15 mins.
