2 lbs hamburger
1 large chopped onion
1 can (28 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (28 oz) undrained diced tomatoes
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups chopped peppers
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 qt tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
* In a Dutch Oven: brown hamburger & onion. Drain.

* Add all other ingredients & bring to a boil.

* Reduce heat, cover & simmer for 30-40 minutes until peppers are tender.

* May want to add up to a qt. of water depending on how soupy you like your soup.
