2 cups yellow squash finely chopped
1- onion finely chopped
1- egg, beaten
1 tsp.- salt
1 tsp.- pepper
1tsp.- garlic powder
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine squash, onion, egg, salt, pepper & garlic powder, mix well. Stir in flour. In a skillet, heat 1/2 " oil over med.-high heat. Drop batter by tablespoon into oil. Cook for 3 minutes per side or until golden brown, turning once. Drain croquettes on paper towels.
