Ingredients:  
5-6 Chicken Breasts (cut into bit size pieces)
8 oz. mushrooms (sliced)
1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded)
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 egg
flour/salt/pepper for coating

Directions:
Directions:
Place egg in bowl & whisk. Place flour, salt & pepper in another bowl. Dip pieces in egg then in flour. Cook in pan with butter. Place in casserole dish. Top with mushrooms. Add cheese. Pour chicken broth over casserole. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
