1 pk. string cheese
Italian bread crumbs
1 cup skim milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pour milk in small bowl. Pour bread crumbs into medium size bowl add salt and pepper to taste. Cut string cheese into 1/2" pieces. Dip into skim milk then roll in bred crumbs. Dip back into milk then roll in bread crumbs again. Place on cookie sheet , bake 425º for 7-10 minutes or until you see cheese start to ooze. Enjoy with marinara sauce, ranch or eat plain.
