½ c. Bisquick®
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
½ tsp. salt
1 stick butter
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
½ c. coconut, if desired
cinnamon or nutmeg, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together in the blender. Pour into a greased 10" pie pan.
Sprinkle top with cinnamon or nutmeg. Bake at 350ºF for 55 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
