2 eggs
1 cup water
3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
2 cup yellow cornmeal
butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, water, milk, oil, salt together in a bowl. Stir in cornmeal until smooth. Heat frying pan with small amount of oil so cakes don't stick. Pour 1/4 cup batter into hot pan, cooking till completely done. Turn over from side to sides while cooking till done.
