1qt. Cleaned Mussels
1C White Wine
2 Parsley sprigs
1 Bay Leaf
1 Thyme sprig or 1t dried thyme
4 Cloves garlic - crushed
8T Butter - softened
1T Parsley chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place white wine, parsley, bay leaf, thyme and mussels in a large pot. Cover and steam until mussel shells open. Discard any mussels that do not open.
2 Combine crushed garlic, chopped parsley and softened butter and heat gently in a small saucepan.
3. Drain the mussels and serve with garlic butter
