1 1/2C Cooked Shrimp
3/4C Whipping Cream - whipped
1T Horseradish
6 Thin slices smoked salmon
1 Head Iceberg Lettuce - shredded
2 Lemons - for garnish
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Combine shrimp, whipped cream and horseradish along with salt and pepper
2. Distribute the shrimp mixture on the 6 slices of smoked salmon. Roll up each to create a mini roll.
3.. Serve on shredded lettuce and garnish with lemon wedges.
