Oyster Sauce Tofu Recipe

Ingredients:  
Double squares of soft or medium tofu
2 green onions, chopped
3 Tbsp.oyster sauce
1 tsp.sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and drain tofu. Dice into 1/2 " cubes.

Put oyster sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until it bubbles.

Add the tofu into the hot oyster sauce and toss to coat.

Cover and simmer for 2 minutes until hot.

Add green onions and toss. Turn off the heat.

Place in a serving dish and drizzle about 1 tsp sesame oil and serve.

For added color and nutrition, add green peas, or, diced red pepper, or, precooked diced prawns, chicken or crab.
