2 can black-eyed peas with jalapeņo peppers, rinsed & drained
1 can diced tomato and green chiles (Rotel)
2 avocados diced
1/2 green pepper diced
1/2 purple onion diced
1/2 cup back olives chopped (optional)
3/4 cup zesty Italian salad dressing
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt

Chill.
Service with corn chips.
