2-3 Potatos Sliced into 1/4 inch thick rounds
Olive oil (for brushing)
salt
1 cup shredded cheese
4 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 400. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Brush both sides of each potato slice with olive oil and place in a single layer on the cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Bake for 30 minutes flipping potatoes about half way through the cook time. Remove from the oven and top with cheese and bacon. Bake for another 10 minutes (until cheese is melted) serve with sour cream.
