1 Cup flour (I use whole wheat white)
1 Cup old fashioned Oats
1 1/2 t. Baking Powder
1/2 t. Baking Soda
1/2 t. Cinnamon
1/4 t. Salt
1 Lg. Egg
1 Cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 Cup Honey (Local is best)
1/4 Cup Milk
2 t. Vanilla
1 Cup fresh Blueberries (Can use frozen but fresh is better)
2 T sugar (Optional for topping - I don't use it)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls.
Toss blueberries with 1 T. flour.
Mix wet and dry ingredients together just until combined. Don't over mix.
Fold in blueberries.
Divide between 12 paper lined muffin cups.
Top with a sprinkle of sugar if desired. (Totally not necessary!)
Bake 20-22 minutes.

These are really good and good for you! Only 134 calories per muffin, lots of flavor & fiber and no refined sugar unless you sprinkle a little on top.
