1- 3 STALKS ASPARAGUS WASHED AND CUT INTO THIRDS LENGTH WISE (YOU MAY SUBSTITUTE WITH OTHER VEGETABLES AS DESIRED)
OLIVE OIL
SALT AND PEPPER ACCORDING TO TASTE
A FEW SHAKES OF PARMESAN CHEESE IF DESIRED

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES
SPRINKLE GREASED GLASS PAN GENEROUSLY WITH OLIVE OIL
ARRANGE CUT UP ASPARAGUS IN PAN SEASON TO TASTE
SPRINKLE A FEW SHAKES OF GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
SPRINKLE GENEROUSLY WITH OLIVE OIL AND MIX WELL
BAKE 20-30 MINUTES OR UNTIL VEGETABLES ARE TENDER
