2 lb. frozen has browns
2 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
½ c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw hash browns and mix all ingredients in a 9x13 pan. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350ºF.

Note: This recipe can be multiplied by six to fit in an electric roaster. Bake 3 hours on low temperature and stir occasionally. Serves ~ 75. In the past this recipe has been prepared by the church youth for the church suppers.
