8 Thin sliced Chicken breasts
1/2 cup White cooking wine
1/4 cup Extra Virgin olive oil.
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 tbsp of Capers
1 lemon
1- 8 ounce Can of chicken broth
1-2 cups rice flour
1 tsp black pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Heat olive oil to medium heat, but not too high.
Put flour in a deep plate with the black pepper, blend.
Cover chicken breast with the flour and add one -3 at a time and cook in heated oil.
When chicken is fully cooked put on a large or platter/ plate that can go into the oven.
This way the chicken will stay warm.
In the pan cook the onions. When onions are done then add the white wine, chicken broth, & capers. Let cooks on low. Then cut lemon in half and squeeze juice into sauce.
Then pour sauce over chicken and serve with rice, pasta or mash potatoes.
This is gluten free.
