CRUST:
23 Oreo cookies crushed
1/4 cup melted butter

FUDGE LAYER:
2 squares (1 oz. each) semi-sweet chocolate
1 small can evaporated milk
1 egg (beaten)
1 cup sugar

MINT LAYER:
1/2 gallon peppermint stick or mint chip ice cream (softened)
Cool Whip
1 chocolate Hershey Candy bar or red and green M&M's

Directions:
Directions:
CRUST: Mix and pat into a 9x13 pan (ungreased).
FUDGE LAYER: Cook chocolate squares, milk, egg and sugar about 20 minutes or until thick and fudgy.
Spread over crust. Cool.
MINT LAYER: Spread ice cream over cooked fudgy crust. Top with Cool Whip & chocolate curls (made from the chocolate bar) or top with red and green M&M's. Freeze until firm.
