3T. Butter or olive oil
1/2 onion
1 T. Garlic
3 zucchini
1 tsp. Dill weed
1 pint cherry tomatoes
8 slices Velvetta cheese
8 slices bread croutons

Directions:
Directions:
In a large fry pan cook butter, onion, garlic, dill weed, and zucchini (sliced or "veggetti").
Cook until tender.

Spray a 9x9 Pyrex dish. Deeper the better. The casserole is two layers.
1. Zucchini mix
2. Sliced cherry tomatoes
3. Cheese slices, 4
4. Bread croutons- I toast & butter w' garlic salt, then cut to cubes.
(Repeat) two layers

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Veggetti is a small tool you screw the zucchini through and it comes out as long thin spaghetti.
