2 1/2 Cups Bisquick
1/2 Sugar
1 (soft) Stick Butter
1 Egg
1/4 cup Milk
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Vanilla
1/2 ot 3/4 cup Brown sugar ( light or Dark)

Directions:
Directions:
Pre- heat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix 1/2 of the butter with the egg, vanilla, & sugar.
Then add the 2 cups Bisquick and milk.
Less milk for muffins, you want a the batter to be a little thick. For the cake it can be looser.
Then in the same bowl combine the rest of the butter, 1/2 cup of Bisquick ,1/2 or 3/4 cup of brown sugar and cinnamon, and make a crumble. Place crumbles on top of the cake or muffin.
Bake cake for 25-30 minutes. muffins 15-18 minutes. Check with tooth pick.
DO NOT OVER BAKE WATCH THEM!
