1 yellow cake mix
1 small box lemon or vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp lemon extract
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 applesauce
4 eggs

Icing: 1 cup powdered sugar
1/3 orange

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
In a large bowl mix together cake mix, pudding mix, lemon extract, water, oil and applesauce. Beat until smooth? Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. beat on high 8 minutes. Pour batter into greased tube or bundt pan.

Bake 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. Invert hot cake onto a serving platter.

Combine powdered sugar and orange. Drizzle glaze over cake.
