24 Slice Prosciutto
1lb Crabmeat - fresh not canned
12T Butter
1t Worcestershire Sauce
1/2t Tabasco Sauce
1 Lemon - juiced
2T Parsley - chopped fine
1t Pepper - freshly ground

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place 4 slices of prosciutto on a flat surface, each overlapping each other. Place a heaping spoon of crabmeat on the prosciutto and roll up like a cigar. Make 6 of these cigar shaped packages.
2. Heat the butter in a skillet and when the butter begins to foam, add the prosciutto and heat well.
3.Add Worcestershire sauce, tabasco sauce, lemon juice and heat through.
4. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper.
