6 - 8 eggs
1/2 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 can water chestnuts
1 can bean sprouts (washed and drained)
1 Tbls corn starch
1/2 c meat cooked and chopped (prefer chicken)

Gravy
2 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 bullion cubes (any flavor)
2 Tbls. cornstarch
2 Tbls. sugar

Directions:

Beat the eggs lightly and add all remaining ingredients. Put 1/4 c of the mixture on an oiled, hot, fry pan. Cook over medium heat, turning frequently, until cooked and browned.

For the gravy, mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil. Pour over patties, as much as desired.
