1 # plus ground meat
1 medium onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder
Season all salt
Parsley flakes
1-8oz jar mushrooms
1-2 oz can sliced black olives
8 oz cream cheese
9 oz velveeta
cup longhorn cheese shredded
cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
Add salsa to taste

Put ground meat, onion and seasonings in pan and brown until onion is tender
Add mushrooms and olives, heat until warm
Melt cheeses over medium heat, careful not to scorch
Add meat to cheese and heat a little longer
Add more salsa if necessary

If mixture becomes to thick , can be thinned with a little milk
Freezes well
