1 tbsp. Butter
1 Onion Chopped
3 Cups Cooked Chicken (Shredded)
4 Cans Chicken Broth
1 can Cream of Mushroom
1 can Cream of Chicken
2 cups Chopped Carrots
2 Cups Diced Celery
3 chicken Bouillon
8oz. Package Spaghetti, broken in 2" long pieces
2 cups Milk
Shredded Cheese


Directions:

Saute onion and butter in soup pot. (Can omit sautéing if don't have time)
Add chicken broth, cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, bouillon cubes, celery, carrots, spaghetti. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer for approximately 45 minutes.

Stir in 2 cups of Milk. Return to simmer. Remove from heat; let stand 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with Cheese on each serving

This is a great recipe when you are wanting some comfort food! When I make this I usually cut up and make "kits for two" ahead of time. This does not freeze well once cooked, but all the ingredients can be frozen in a kit. I also have taken this to other people as a kit and let them dump all together when ready to eat. I just bag each ingredient individual and then put in one large zip lock bag. Then send with the cans of soup and small bottle of milk. I think this is one of the first recipes Jordan began to cook to help out with dinner. One of Daddy's favorites!
