"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
This is a great recipe when you are wanting some comfort food! When I make this I usually cut up and make "kits for two" ahead of time. This does not freeze well once cooked, but all the ingredients can be frozen in a kit. I also have taken this to other people as a kit and let them dump all together when ready to eat. I just bag each ingredient individual and then put in one large zip lock bag. Then send with the cans of soup and small bottle of milk. I think this is one of the first recipes Jordan began to cook to help out with dinner. One of Daddy's favorites!
