Personal Notes:
When Anthony & Myra's family moved from Texas to Virginia, Anthony was given the nickname of Tex by his buddies at work. This recipe was first created by Anthony (Tex) when he wanted to throw something together to take to work & share. It has become a go-to dish for our family as we have lived in VA, AZ and PA. Always a quick dinner on a busy night.
