1 tsp. Salt
2 T. Milk
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Whip egg. Add salt milk flour. Mix fast. Make a ball, knead.
Roll out on flour board. I use a pasta machine to make strips.

I add right away to chicken noodle soup and cook about 15 minutes. I double the recipe for Linguini with Herbed Clam Sauce from The Eastern Junior League Cookbook.
