Pot Pie Crust, Pioneer Woman's Cookbook

3 cups Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter or Crisco
1 egg
5 T. Cold water
1 T. Distilled white Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour & salt in large bowl. Use pastry cutter to gradually work butter into flour until mixture resembles tiny pebbles. Lightly beat egg and add to mixture. Next add cold water and vinegar. Makes two pie crusts. Makes at least 8 pot pies, or more depending on how thin you roll crust.
