1/2 cup lite sour cream
4 oz. (1/2 cup) reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup chopped pitted ripe olives
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey jack cheese
2 Tbsp sliced green onions, if desired
1 Tbsp chopped mild green chiles, well-drained
3 (10-inch) spinach-flavored flour tortillas
Salsa, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sour cream and cream cheese in bowl. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth. Stir in all remaining ingredients except tortillas and salsa.

Evenly divide cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla. Spread mixture to within 1/8 inch of edges and 1/2 inch on top edge. Roll each tortilla up tightly; wrap with plastic food wrap. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

Trim ends; cut each tortilla into 1-inch pieces. Serve with salsa, if desired.
