3 cans black-eyed peas
2 cans black beans
1 bag frozen corn thawed
1 red sweet pepper or any color
2 jalapeņos (or to your taste)
2 bunches cilantro (to taste) chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 bunch green onions
Small container grape or cherry tomatoes quartered
1 large bottle of zesty Italian dressing

Rinse the beans and peas. Mix everything in a large bowl. The more colors you use the prettier it is. Serve with tortilla chips. It's really hard to make. ;) Use scooped corn chips to scoop up all the goodness.
