6 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. halved green grapes
1 c. pineapple chunks, minus juice
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 c. mayonnaise
6 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 8 oz. container of Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Toss apples in juice from the pineapple to keep the apples from turning brown. Drain apples and add celery, grapes, pineapple, and nuts. Mix together the mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and Cool Whip. Pour over fruit and nuts and mix together well. This recipe can be cut in half. Refrigerate and let sit at least 1 hour before serving.
